Welcome to Etsy2Sheet. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the Etsy2Sheet Chrome Extension and related services ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") operated by Etsy2Sheet.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or using Etsy2Sheet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and Etsy2Sheet. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including Etsy sellers, shop owners, and business administrators.

2. Description of Service

Etsy2Sheet is a professional Chrome Extension designed to streamline order management for Etsy sellers by providing seamless synchronization of order data to external platforms. Our Service includes:

• Automated Order Synchronization: Real-time or scheduled sync of Etsy order data including customer information, product details, shipping addresses, and order status
• Google Sheets Integration: Native support for Google Sheets with secure API connections for easy data management and analysis
• Webhook Integration: Send order data to custom webhook endpoints for integration with your own systems and workflows
• Customizable Data Mapping: Configure which order fields to sync and how they're organized in your destination
• Bulk Operations: Efficiently sync historical orders and manage large order volumes
• Data Export Capabilities: Export and organize order data in structured formats for analysis and record-keeping

The Extension operates as a browser-based application that processes data locally. We do not store your order data on our servers; all synchronization occurs directly between your browser, Etsy, and your designated destination.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To utilize the full functionality of Etsy2Sheet, you must meet the following requirements:

• Etsy Seller Account: An active Etsy seller account with valid shop credentials
• Google Account: Required for Google Sheets integration (if using this sync option)
• Webhook Endpoint: A valid webhook URL for receiving order data (if using webhook integration)
• Valid Subscription: Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription processed through Paddle

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of all account credentials and access tokens
• Ensuring all account information provided is accurate, current, and complete
• Securing your webhook endpoints and validating incoming requests appropriately
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Accepting full responsibility for all activities conducted through your accounts
• Complying with the terms of service of all integrated third-party platforms (Etsy, Google)

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Etsy2Sheet exclusively for lawful purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Legal Compliance: Using the Service in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• Platform Compliance: Violating Etsy's Terms of Service, API usage policies, or rate limits
• Unauthorized Access: Syncing data from Etsy shops or accounts that you do not own or for which you lack explicit authorization
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the Extension
• Service Integrity: Interfering with, disrupting, or imposing unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure
• Security Violations: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems, data, or features of the Service
• Harmful Activities: Using the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Data Scraping: Using automated systems or software to extract data beyond the intended functionality of the Service
• Intellectual Property: Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices
• Resale or Redistribution: Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service without prior written consent

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Etsy2Sheet and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim any ownership rights over the data you sync using our Service.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Etsy: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc.
• Google: Google Sheets integration is subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Paddle: Payment processing is subject to Paddle's Terms and Conditions
• External Webhooks: When using webhook integration, you are responsible for the security and reliability of your webhook endpoints

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services or webhook integrations.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy (see Section 8)
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. To request a refund:

• Contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase
• Provide your order details and reason for refund request
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refunds are not available for:

• Subscription renewals (must cancel before renewal date)
• Requests made after 14 days from initial purchase
• Violations of these Terms of Service

9. Data and Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Etsy2Sheet, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damage caused by errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in the Service
• Any issues arising from third-party services (Etsy, Google, Paddle) or webhook endpoints

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

11. Warranties Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any data obtained through the Service

You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Etsy2Sheet and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any data you sync using the Service

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• Immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms
• For any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• If required by law or legal process
• At our discretion, with or without cause

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by:

• Uninstalling the Chrome Extension
• Cancelling your subscription (if applicable)
• Deleting any stored credentials from your browser

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Posting a notice in the Extension (for significant changes)
• Sending an email to registered users (for subscription changes)

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
